Suresh Nukala – Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Suresh Nukala is the chairman of the company. His passion for entrepreneurship had fuelled his yearning to branch out into the challenging world of voice and data services.

Suresh Nukala is a seasoned campaigner in corporate world and has a collective corporate and business experience of over 16 years. Before setting foot in the voice and data services industry he was part of the senior management in various top ranked corporate conglomerates like Idea Cellular, Reliance Infocomm, and You telecom. Thanks to his vast experience in the senior management, he understands what it takes to make a business successful and how important it is to not only meet a customer’s expectations but also to exceed it, consistently. His corporate exposure has taught him to think beyond the obvious and look for innovative solutions for some of the most complex problems. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Suresh Nukala has diversified interests in business. Besides setting a mark in the BPO and IT industry, he also has successful ventures in infrastructure development sectors(Nukala Constructions). His aim is to spread his group of companies all over India and abroad in different business segments.

Anil Kumar Ballari – President & CEO

Anil Kumar Ballari has over eighteen years of professional experience in the areas of Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Business development, Global resource & staffing, ERP & project management & implementations, Outsourcing transition and Management consulting.

Having strong industry and IT background enables Mr. Kumar to understand various business systems, conduct business studies, feasibility studies, perform business process reengineering, identify key performance indicators and implement critical processes at various levels ensuring Productivity & Profitability.

Since 1990, Mr. Kumar held several senior positions with Global Leaders & Multi National Organizations like ITW Signode, India, Tube Investments, India, Deloitte & Touche Consulting, USA. Mr.Kumar formed VELink Inc; Atlanta-US Based Corporation an advanced communications services company in 2003 focusing on Voice & Data services to contact & call centers worldwide. He also formed two domestic companies (Indus International Associates Inc & Vedic Group Inc) in USA providing Technology services to Call centers, IT Consulting & Staffing Services, Consumer Product Distribution and VAR – Products & Services- and two international companies in India (VELink Communications Pvt Ltd & Nukala Vodata Pvt Ltd) providing IT Consulting & Staffing Services, International Contact Center and BPO Services

Mr. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering and aptly supplemented by various management & technology training programs from repute Organizations worldwide.
